Nakshatra Properties has started as a YouTube Channel in December 2020. We wanted to focus on only very clear title projects with ample chance of capital gains. Nakshatra Properties is developed by a
Mrs Sumana having 24 years of versatile experience in Real Estate, Management studies, IT and real estate. Her journey started as a very normal customer in Hyderabad real estate and faced much hiccups in many investments. Nakshatra Properties YouTube channel was started in December 2020 to give awareness such issues while purchasing any property in various localities of Hyderabad with an association of Jagadeesh Kumar A and Cherukuri Shivaram Prasad. A perfect combination of Digital Presence, Marketing and Sales and Research and Apt Project Identification. WE believe that purchasing a property is not just an investment in fact it is an emotion. Our journey started with identifying prospective localities for investments. After a journey with renowned real-estate firms and personalities, laid a step ahead and started promoting and selling Projects.
